Here at Rising Stars Property Solutions CIC, we run a series of planned maintenance programmes so we can make sure everything in your home is safe and in working order. These can include, but are not limited to, installing new kitchens and bathrooms. Repairing and painting your home, and communal areas including the lift area, laundry room, and door entry systems.

Essential jobs can include health and safety maintenance, such as making sure your home is up to date with current fire and safety regulations, to make sure that you feel safe and secure and your home is up to standard, and work that’s needed to prevent further damage to your home, such as flood damage.Depending on the type of work, we’ll need access to your home potentially during working hours, we can offer a secure key-holding facility ensuring you feel safe and can trust us. Sometimes your gas, water or electricity might need to be turned off for long periods of time. We’ll always turn it back on at the end of the day.
